Bhrata.ai is an AI literacy and training company based in India. We provide AI education programs for schools, individual learners, and corporate teams. Our registered contact email is sup@bhrata.ai.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us. This includes:

  • Name, email address, and phone number — when you fill in a contact or enrolment form
  • Organisation or institution name — when relevant to your enquiry
  • Message content — the information you type in our contact and application forms
  • Newsletter subscription email — if you choose to sign up for updates
  • Payment information — processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store card details

We also collect non-personal data automatically through cookies and analytics tools — such as browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is anonymous and aggregated.

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the service you have requested

Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Full stop. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us run our platform (e.g., email delivery, payment processing), but only under strict data processing agreements and solely for the purpose of delivering our service.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry data is typically retained for 12 months. Enrolled learner data is retained for the duration of the program plus 3 years for certification records. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time via unsubscribe links or by emailing us

Our website may contain links to third-party tools, platforms, and resources (such as AI tools we recommend). Clicking these links takes you to external sites governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We recommend reviewing their policies before sharing any personal data with them.

DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses HTTPS. Forms are transmitted securely. We review our data handling practices regularly. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take this seriously and act accordingly.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Some of our programs are designed for students in Classes 5–12. Where we collect data related to minors, this is done through parents, guardians, or the institution — not directly from the child. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 without parental or institutional consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve or as legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users or via a notice on the website. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
