ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing bhrata.ai or enrolling in any Bhrata.ai program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, learners, institutional partners, and corporate clients.

OUR SERVICES
Bhrata.ai provides AI literacy and training services including:
  • Live online cohort programs for individual learners
  • Self-paced online courses for individual learners
  • Customised AI training programs for educational institutions
  • Corporate AI training workshops and ongoing programs
  • Guest expert sessions, webinars, and supplementary content
  • AI tools directory and editorial content on bhrata.ai

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice. Program content is updated regularly — this is a feature, not a disruption.

ENROLMENT & PAYMENT

By enrolling in a Bhrata.ai program:

  • You confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete
  • You agree to pay all fees associated with the program at the time of enrolment
  • Payment is due in full unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed in writing
  • Fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • For institutional and corporate programs, payment terms are as specified in the signed agreement
  • We reserve the right to update pricing for future programs; enrolled students are not affected mid-program

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
  • Live cohorts: All registrations are final and non-refundable. Once you have registered for a live cohort, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of attendance or participation.
  • Self-paced courses: No refunds will be issued after purchase, regardless of modules accessed.
  • Institutional & corporate programs: As per the terms of the signed agreement
  • Cancellation by Bhrata.ai: In the event of program cancellation by Bhrata.ai, no refund will be issued.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on bhrata.ai and within our programs — including course materials, slides, videos, prompts, frameworks, written content, and branding — is owned by Bhrata.ai or our licensed contributors and is protected by copyright.

  • You may use course materials for your own personal learning only
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share course content without written permission
  • Screenshots and social sharing of your own progress and certificates are welcome and encouraged
  • Instructors retain ownership of their own intellectual property; Bhrata.ai holds a licence for educational use within our programs

ACCEPTABLE USE

When using our platform, community spaces, or attending live sessions, you agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or give others access to your enrolled course
  • Record, redistribute, or commercially exploit any live session without express written consent
  • Engage in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward instructors, staff, or other learners
  • Use course content or AI tools taught in our programs to create harmful, deceptive, or illegal outputs
  • Misrepresent your completion of or performance in any Bhrata.ai program
  • Spam or commercially solicit other learners via community spaces
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

CERTIFICATES
Completion certificates are issued to learners who fulfil the stated requirements of each program (attendance, assignments, or module completion as specified). Certificates are digital and issued via email or our learning platform. Bhrata.ai certificates are evidence of training completion, not professional licensure or academic qualification. We stand behind the quality of what you have learned — the certificate reflects real skills.

THIRD-PARTY AI TOOLS
Our programs teach the use of third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, and others). These tools are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Bhrata.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the policies, availability, or outputs of any third-party AI platform. Tool availability and features change frequently — our curriculum reflects current best practice at the time of delivery.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:
  • Bhrata.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, career results, or business returns from completing our programs
  • Our maximum liability to any individual learner or client is limited to the fees paid for the relevant program
  • We are not responsible for interruptions due to third-party platform outages (video conferencing tools, learning platforms, AI tools)
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We are committed to resolving disputes informally first — please contact us at sup@bhrata.ai before initiating formal proceedings.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
